Job Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised candidate, who has a ‘can do' attitude to support the Talent Management & Development Lead in driving recruitment initiatives forward in Adult Social Care.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work on a number of tasks. The position involves:-

  • Supporting the Talent Management & Development Lead in event management and coordination of Recruitment Fairs.
  • Supporting the Talent Management & Development Lead in developing the Wakefield Cares Academy website, social media platforms and all associated branding.
  • Supporting the design, implementation and monitoring systems to record all recruitment matches between applicants and recruiting organisations, including those who require a Personal Assistant.
  • Supporting the Wakefield Cares Academy processes in relation to recruitment matching, training and qualifications and the retention of successful candidates in the sector.

You must have:

  • Previous experience within the same or similar role.
