Job Description
We are looking for a enthusiastic and experienced social worker to work within a multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team based in Wrexham, 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience, preferably within a mental health setting as will be required to care coordinate citizens with complex mental health diagnosis. The social workers in the team providea variety of interventions and work alongside Consultant Psychiatrists; CPN’s; OT's Psychologists and Health Care Support workers. Clinical and managerial supervision will be provided.

You must have:
- A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Adults
- Social Work England registration.
- Post qualified experience.
- Enhanced DBS/Update service.
- References required for the last 5 years of employment.
