Job Description
Our fantastic disability team is seeking agency workers due to a recent increase in establishment following a restructure.
The team case load is mainly CIN with complex social and medical needs.
Full management support and supervision offered as well as support from two advanced practitioners in the team.
Flexible working arrangements available with blended remote/office working options.
Initial 6 month contract subject to extension pending performance and recruitment cover.
You must have:
- A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Adults.
- Social Work England registration.
- Post qualified experience.
- Enhanced DBS/Update service.
- References required for the last 5 years of employment.
