Job Description
Post working in Hospital Team based at Wilson centre Hull City Centre – 7 day working weekend on rota approx 4 weekly Will be expected to work within residential and nursing homes to support people to return home Candidates MUST be fully vaccinated and had both COVID vaccinations
You must have:
- A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Adults.
- Social Work England registration.
- Post qualified experience.
- Enhanced DBS/Update service.
- References required for the last 5 years of employment.
