Job Description
BIA must be prepared to complete face-to-face assessments primarily, these will be within Cheshire East boundaries
– BIA must be prepared to undertake four medium priority assessments per week
– BIA will be offered access to informal support throughout the week and all equipment
– BIA will have access to monthly BIA forums and bi-monthly team meetings

You must have:
- A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Adults,
- Social Work England registration or Social Care Wales registration for North Wales.
- Post qualified experience.
- Enhanced DBS/Update service.
- References required for the last 5 years of employment.
