Job Description
2 Social Workers – Adults – Level 3 – 37 Hours per week – Monday to Friday.
Experienced qualified Social Workers are required for the Batley Hub for a 3 month period.
The expectation would be that the workers have Adult Social Care experience, completing Care Act Assessments, Support Planning, Safeguarding, Self-Neglect and Reviews.
Workload would also include CHC (DST’s)
Working from Home in the main, with community visits as necessary.
Covering the Batley and Spen locality in North Kirklees. (Community Hub)
You must have:
- A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Adults.
- Social Work England registration.
- Post qualified experience.
- Enhanced DBS/Update service.
- References required for the last 5 years of employment.
