Job Description

Qualifies Social Worker is required within Wrexham Disability Team. The team covers Children and adults with a Physical disability and Learning Disability. The Social Work placement is for a Social Worker to have a focus on Children but there is scope to work with young adults up to the age of 25 years. The Team provide good quality supervision by Managers experienced in supporting young, young people and adults with a physical or Learning disability. A laptop and mobile telephone will be provided to assist with remote working, although there is the option of working in an office for part of the week.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Children's
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Post qualified experience.
  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.
  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
